What we are looking for:

Yazaki is looking for an Intern to join Finance – Accounts Payable team located in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization.Β 

What you will be doing:

  • Review invoices for accuracy.Β  Coordinate invoice authorization with department that initiated purchase.Β 
  • Maintain relations with vendors in a non-buying situation through communication with management and personnel other than those in buying organization.
  • Investigate and resolve price/quantity discrepancies through work with YNA buyers, warehouse personnel and vendor account representatives and A/R personnel.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution at the time of internship targeting Β 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Β (Finance) or related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
