We are looking for a Senior Production/Process Engineer in Williamsport, PA.   The function of this role is to provide production/process engineering support to the site for ongoing production operations and new process introductions.  Serve as a resource for implementing engineering studies, designs, evaluations, and improvements to optimize utilizations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for safe and efficient operation of assigned process areas such that all regulatory, health, safety and environmental requirements are satisfied.
• Assist in day to day troubleshooting of equipment and processes. 
• Develop KPI’s that Monitor productivity, process yields, and product and process performance to meet production commitments in  the most efficient manner.
• Develops, plans, and coordinates projects from inception to completion ensuring efficient implementation, timely completion, and compliance to budget.
• Ensure operating procedures are up to date and in compliance with appropriate standards.
• Responsible for evaluation, installation, programming, and service of DCS equipment.  Assist with the migration of process control systems.
• Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the business by complying with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in which this role participates.

• Must acquire a working knowledge of compliance with applicable quality standards ( ISO 9001, cGMP, EFfCI, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical and Mechanical preferred)
• 2 plus years manufacturing experience, highly preferred
• Working knowledge of process controls and cGMP
• Excellent written, computer and oral communication
